Jr. MYF Fishing Event - The Stonybrook Fish & Game Club will be having their Kids Fishing Derby open to the public this Sunday, May 5, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Because that time falls during our Sunday school program, they have given us permission to bring the Jr. MYF over that day after the derby to fish their trout pond. The club will provide the bait and give each child a fishing pole to use and take home along with any fish they catch. We will have pizza at the church for lunch and leave around 11:30 AM. If you are free that afternoon, I will need some volunteers to help at the club. Please let me know if your child will be attending and who will be the adult volunteer. If you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to call me.
If your child has any food allergies, please let me know so we can order something that they can have.
Also, the Jr. MYF is open to all kids who would like to participate.
If you have never attended a Jr. MYF event, please do so and have a good time. At the end of the event, all kids must be picked up by a parent or guardian.
